HPGE
At Manildra Public School, we celebrate our highly gifted and talented students by partnering with neighbouring schools—Cargo PS, Eugowra PS, Gooloogong PS, and Cudal PS. Together, we focus on strengthening skills across social-emotional, intellectual, creative, and physical domains. Our students engage in a variety of enriching activities, including STEM initiatives, creative art camps, the Tournament of the Minds, Wiradjuri Camps, and PSSA sporting events. These collaborative efforts provide our students with diverse opportunities to excel and thrive in their areas of strength.
Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Our students take part in the Kerry Parkes Debating Competition as well as the CWA Public Speaking competition.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. We participate in Nagoya Sister City Art Exchange and have numerous CAPA incursion and excursion throughout the year.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
