A big congratulations to our superstars who competed at the Western swimming carnival in Dubbo on Friday last. We sent four students off to the carnival, with all four of those students qualifying to State. Penny swam in the breaststroke, securing second place with the amazing time of 43.38. We are so proud of you Penny and wish you all the best at state championships. We will be cheering you on loud and proud from school.
Our relay team that consisted of Penny, Syd, Annie and Hudson, all swam their little hearts out. They have also secured a spot at State championships. State champions will take place later this term on the 10th and 11th of April and we will be glued to the screen making sure we cheer on our Manildra superstars. A big thank you to Kurt, who has spent time and effort into preparing our swimmers for this level, we are very appreciative of his support.
